Spring is (finally) here. Longer days, warmer weather, and of course a bunch of new recipes at Pret. Pop in and try one of our new salads, wraps, baguettes and sweet treats, or tuck into one of our new Pret Cooler flavours.
Pret's Chicken Satay Salad
Our new Chicken Satay Salad is filled with soya and coconut satay coated British chicken, served with carrot and mooli slaw, edamame soya beans, and pickled carrot, cabbage and cucumber. Fresh and zingy, we think it is the perfect spring lunch.
Chargrilled Pepper & Feta Pasta Salad
Our new Chargrilled Pepper and Feta Pasta Salad is deliciously moreish. With rigati pasta coated in a creamy red pepper and cherry tomato sauce, served with chargrilled peppers and roasted tomatoes, on a bed of fresh salad. Finished with fresh basil, creamy feta and a pot of our signature balsamic dressing.
Thai Style Avo & Slaw Wrap
Our vegan-friendly Thai Style Avo and Slaw Wrap is filled with a sweet chilli crunchy carrot & mooli slaw with edamame, avocado and a dab of our soy & coconut satay sauce. Topped with a sprinkle of coriander, finished with crunchy cucumber, spinach and wrapped in our kibbled rye wrap.
Tuna Niçoise Baguette
One of our Chef’s Specials this April, our take on a classic French recipe in our stone baked baguette. A taste of spring with our pole & line caught tuna coated with our Kalamata olive tapenade, and topped with a sliced free-range boiled egg, roasted tomatoes and fresh basil leaves. Bon appetite.
