Redeem your offer in-shop by scanning your QR code at the till.
When you subscribe, you can access your QR code from your Pret app and scan it at the till.

Your Account: Payment, Pausing And Cancellation
When will I be billed each month?
When will I be billed each month?
You can find your next renewal date within your Pret Account, as well as on the subscription details email that was sent when you started your subscription, and in your monthly renewal email.
The billing cycle is monthly from the date you enrol in the subscription. You will be charged on the same date each month, e.g. if you subscribed on the 6th September, your next payment will be on the 6th October.
If your billing date is not present in a month (say, the 31st), then the preceding date is selected. The renewal shifts back to the original date in the next month. For example, if you have signed up for a subscription that renews on the 31st of every month, your renewal will fall on Jan 31st, February 28th, March 31st and so on, i.e., the subscription will renew on the last day of the month.
Please note, the expiry date shown next to your QR code might not always be the renewal date. Please refer to your Account or the subscription emails to make sure you don’t miss a renewal date.
Can I pause my subscription?

You can pause your Club Pret Subscription at any time via your Account, log into your account and click 'pause subscription'.
If you decide to pause, this will become effective from the next midnight and shall last for a period of 31 days. Gift Subscriptions may not be paused.
To pause your Club Pret Subscription in the Pret App, go to your 'account' then 'your subscription' and select 'pause subscription.' Alternatively, open a browser and go to: pret.co.uk/en-GB/my-account and then select 'manage subscription' then 'pause subscription.' You can also find this link to 'manage your account' in your subscription emails. If you have difficulties pausing your Club Pret Subscription, please get in touch with us via Customer Services.
When you pause your Club Pret Subscription, it will run for a month by default (a full 31 days) unless you decide to resume earlier.
Permanent QR code

I haven’t received my monthly QR code?
We’re pleased to say that we have now moved to a permanent QR code, meaning you won’t have to save it each month. Simply log into your account here: https://www.pret.co.uk/en-GB/my-account to view your QR code and save it to your wallet.
Will it still be sent to me by email each month?
Will it still be sent to me by email each month?
No, as it’s a permanent code, once you have it saved you won’t need a new version each month. If you delete it or lose your phone, no problem, just login to your account here: https://www.pret.co.uk/en-GB/my-account to save it again.

There could be a number of reasons why you can't find a particular product. Not every shop sells the same products or it might have been de-listed. Please check our menu to see which products are currently being sold (dependent on availability).

Is your coffee organic and where does it come from?
Yes, we can proudly say our coffee is organic. It's from Sumatra, Ethiopia, Honduras and Peru. Find out more about Pret's organic coffee.

Why are lot of your hot drinks only available as one size?
We use one cup size to make sure we're as efficient as possible and to keep the choice simple for our customers. It also means we can be confident that every cup of coffee has the ideal coffee to milk ratio.

I'd like to return an item I purchased.
We’d like you to be happy with everything you buy from Pret. Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused product with your proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund. Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions when you change your mind. We ask that perishable food items are returned within their use by date if this is stated on the product or on the same day of purchase. No refunds or returns are given for promotional vouchers.
For delivery cancellations please refer our order online FAQs. If you have ordered via one of our delivery partners (such as Uber Eats or Deliveroo) please refer to their terms and conditions via their app/website for more details.

Set up by our founders in 1995, The Pret Foundation is a global charity (Reg charity no. 1050195) with a clear purpose. To alleviate poverty, hunger and help break the cycle of homelessness by donating our unsold food, partnering with grassroots charities and giving employment opportunities to those in need of a second chance. They are set up independently to Pret but we work closely together to tackle hunger, homelessness and poverty.

Thank you for donating. Your donation will help tackle hunger, poverty and homelessness in communities local to Pret shops. Such as The Pret Foundation’s employment and training programme, Rising Stars where we give homeless and vulnerable people a chance to shine in a Pret shop. Or through our grant giving programme, financially supporting grassroot charities and shelters so that they can provide for those in need

Of course! If we cannot deliver to your address you are very welcome to place and collect your order instead. If we can deliver to your address but you would prefer to collect then that is fine too, just select "for collection" when you place your order!

Yes, you can. If you are the administrator of a company, you can do this via “My Account” > “Addresses” > “Add a New Address”.
Why is there a minimum order value for a delivery?
Why is there a minimum order value for a delivery?
To ensure our customers get the same freshly prepared food as you see in shops, we need to apply a minimum price to ensure the shop can deliver it on time to your office or venue. The minimum order value is £30, however for legal reasons our Partners are able to set their own prices.
How close to delivery can I cancel my order?
How close to delivery can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with most of our shops up to midnight the day before delivery, though some shops do require cancellation by 2pm the day before delivery. You'll be notified which it is when you book a delivery slot.
You can cancel your order via the My Orders section of My Account. Cancelled orders will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
